Custom artwork is non-refundable purchase since it is a one of a kind work of art built to exact customer specifications. The work of an artist cannot be undone, unless you have a time machine!

Wood Art Limited Warranty
Even though every wood carving is made out of long-lasting rain tree or rosewood it may eventually develop cracks in the wood due inevitably drying, especially true in low humidity climates. However unlikely the occurrence, cracks in the wood are not covered under any warranties or guarantees. To slow down, delay, or even prevent the drying process each wood carving should to be treated at least once per year with a light-weight oil, like Murphy's Oil. If the wood gets placed where it will receive a lot of direct sunlight then you may want to treat it with a protective oil more often to keep the wood in good condition.
