The attention to detail on these pieces cannot be overstated. This is a stool. An item that was invented for no better purpose than to be stepped on. But every scale on the dragon, every claw of its feet, every plate of armored hide, is exquisitely carved. The dragon’s wings hold up a flying carpet embroidered with Celtic designs. It makes a stable platform, if you can bear to put your feet on it.
